Greenwave is building a small urban farm around the idea that more of what we eat can be grown close to where we live. Growing locally means the crop can spend less of its life in transit and more of it alive, rooted, and useful.
Our focus is a crop that reaches you with its roots still attached, and a conversation about what you would like to grow next.
